PROTOCOL OF THE TREATMENT OF WAR WOUNDS WITH FRACTURES

It is shown protocol of the treatment of war wound with fractures. This protocol is a combination of the protocol of the war wound suggested by the International Committee of Read Cross and previously suggested protocol of the treatment of open fracture in this country (Mitkovi} 1992). The goal of this protocol is to avoid mistreatment of these sever injuries and to decrease the cost of treatment of eventual complication (treatment of the chronic osteomyelitis in the west is about 300.000 DM). Protocol is designed to be simple and across the board.
