SUMMARY

The use of antibiotics in renal failure is associated with doubled risk of side and toxic effects. That is the reason why meticulously modificated dosing of antibiotics eliminating or metabolized by kidney is essential, particularly antibiotics with small therapic wideness and antibiotics which cumulate.
