A rudimentary form of the Morbus Sturge - Weber - Krabbe is shown in three patients. For a proper diagnosis of this rare disease the most important examination is x-raying (standard craniograms and computed brain tomography). The reason for this is the fact that is can be diagnosed in patients without cutaneous and ophtalmo-logical symptoms only by x-ray examination methods; on the other hand, in patients with cutaneous and ophtalmological symptoms it can be diagnosed by the ophtalmological and dermatological examination (inspection. The decisive things in diagnostic are: the theoretical knowledge of the disease, the proper ophtalmological and dermatologica] examination (inspection) as well as the x-ray (standard craniograms, computed brain tomography) examination.
