The endovideostroboscopy is an atraumatic method offering a visual insight into the larynx state as well as the vocal cords' mobility. Because of the simplicity of the examination and harmlessness regarding the patient, this examination can be performed in patients of any age. A special importance of this diagnostic method lies in the early larynx carcinoma detection, that is, of the carcinoma in situ as well as of other precarcinoma states since an early diagnosis representes an important condition of the successful treatment. In a six-months period from October, 15,1997 to April, 4, 1998 there were 409 patients examined.
