NIKOLA TESLA AND THE X-RAY

After professor Wilhelm Konrad Röntgen published his study of an x-ray discovery  (Academy Bulletin, Berlin, 08. 11. 1895.), Nikola Tesla published his first study of an x-ray on the 11th of March in 1896. (X-ray, Electrical Review). Until the 11th of August in 1897 he had published ten studies on this subject. All Tesla,s x-ray studies were experimental, which is specific to his work. Studying the nature of the x-ray, he established a new medical branch-radiology. He wrote:” There’s no doubt that in any part of the body, small metal objects, bone and lime shadows could be found with no mistake". Acta Medica Medianae 2005;44(2): 91-92.
