Fetal tumors are rare in the neonatal age. They are characterized by various pathohistological findings. The paper presents the case of a male newborn, aged four days, with a liver tumor (lymphangioma capillare hepatis). The outcome was good thanks to a multidisciplinary approach. Acta Medica Medianae 2006; 45 (4):59-61.
