In case that after insertion of dentures patient demonstrates a speach problem, it is necessary to examine physiological system and establish its cause. Detailed clinical examination before treatment maybe of great usefulness. Accessory diagnostic methods, neurological, audiological examination or psychological consultation can solve existing dilemma and detect existing another factor that contributes to speaking problems or can be of main cosative importance. If it is established that dentures were causing the speach problem, it is necessary to establish a waiting period for accommodation. After this period, consider altering the structure of denture.
